Having never stayed at this hotel, and in need of specific needs including vigilant overview of my vehicle overnight, I was so happy to find that every single member of staff that I met, were professional, competent, friendly and just very good at their job! The standard of cleanliness and service was second to none! The food, inc. evening meal and breakfast that we took was 'A1' .. Perfect! (with the friendliest ever waitress to serve myself and wife and Son ever! From Herts I believe!!) This really is a great hotel with everything you might need inc. a pool, sauna and literally next to the beach! Can't recommend it enough ... SPOT ON ! If in doubt ? CALL ME! Terry 07957 74****

We had the most enjoyable two days staying at the Victoria which was warm and comfortable. The leisure facilities were nice and relaxing and the laid back old charm and character atmosphere was lovely.We look forward to returning once again for an enjoyable stay and enjoying the superb sea views. I would recommend the hotel to anyone. The service, room, breakfast and cleanliness were all that you would expect and well done to the staff you are a credit to a real Cornish "gem" of a hotel.
