  1. Deposits
    A non re-fundable deposit of £300 is required to secure any booking.
  2. Confirmation
    If a provisional booking is made, written confirmation is required within 14 days, along with payment of the non-refunable deposit. If we have not received confirmation by the agreed date, we shall offer the date to any other interested parties.
  3. Confirmation of Function Details
    Confirmation of catering numbers and final details are due no later than 2 weeks before the function. Late changes and additions are at the discretion of the Hotel Victoria.
  4. Payment & Settlement of Account
    After the initial deposit, final payment is required with confirmation of anticipated final numbers one month prior to the event.
  5. Cancellation
    Any cancellation must be made in writing. All deposits are non re-fundable and in the event of a booking being cancelled the hotel will retain the deposit at its discretion. If final payment has been made and your date can not be re-sold we will retain up to 50% of the balance.
  6. Insurance
    The Hotel Victoria will take all necessary steps to care for your wedding, however we can not be held responsible for any damage or loss occurred before, during or after a function. We recommend that you consider arranging your own insurance should you deem it necessary; most insurance brokers will be able to advise you on what policies are available.
  7. Damage
    Any damage sustained to the Hotel Victoria, or it’s property, will be the responsibility of the function organiser(s).
  8. Prices
    All prices are correct at time of going to print. Hotel Victoria reserves the right to amend food and beverage prices should the cost increase substantially due to seasonal fluctuations. Prior notice will be given should this occur. All prices include VAT where applicable.
  9. Car Parking
    Please note there is limited parking and cars parked at the hotel are done so at the owner’s risk.
  10. Additional Expenses
    The client agrees to pay the Hotel for any food, beverage or other services not provided for in the contract but made available upon request of the client.
